NORTH BEND, Ore. — Former North Bend High School principal Bill Lucero is speaking out after court settlement agreements with the North Bend School District and its attorneys.
”I am very pleased with the overall resolution, which has provided me an opportunity to retire,“ Lucero said in a statement sent to our station.
Lucero reportedly received $50,000 in a lawsuit settlement “against the North Bend School District and superintendent for discrimination, among other things.“
He received an undisclosed amount in a second lawsuit “against Rebekah Jacobson and Garrett Hemann Robertson, P.C., for legal malpractice, among other things.”
